1 YEAR WARRANTY

Every Statemnt piece is curated with quality & durability in mind, which is why our products come with a 1 Year Warranty.

 

This warranty guarantees that for 1 Year from the date your product is delivered to you, your product will be free from any abnormal loss of colour, shine or finish under normal conditions.

 

The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and to products directly purchased from Statemnt.

 

In case of any abnormal loss of colour, shine or finish Statemnt will replace the product with a new or equivalent product at no charge to the customer. We will not refund any amount or cash. We will ensure that you receive a similar product (depending on the availability) or some other product of similar value.

WHAT IS COVERED?

1. Abnormal loss of colour or finish under normal use, defective plating, premature fading under normal use.

2. Significant discolouration and rust under normal use conditions.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

(EXCLUSIONS)

1. Scratches, dents or surface marks after normal wear and tear.

2. Accidental damage or physical impact.

3. Bending, breaking, pulling or any other form of physical misuse to the product.

4. Loss or theft of the product.

5. Damage caused by any chemicals or corrosive substance.

6. Damage caused by perfumes, lotions, creams, jewellery cleaning products or any other chemicals.

7. Prolonged exposure to chlorine water or salt water.

8. Improper storage or care.

9. Products that have been modified or customised by a third party.

10. Normal wear and tear like natural ageing and degradation over time, minor fading or peeling of plating.

11. Damage resulting from use outside the product's intended purpose.

12. Purposeful prolonged exposure to water, except from shower, hand washing & sweat due to physical activity.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM?

1. Contact us with your Order ID, e-mail ID and phone number.

2. A detailed description of the issue and what happened that caused the issue.

3. A minimum of 2 photos clearly showing the issue with the product.

4. A video demonstrating the issue with your item.

5. We may ask you to ship the product to us for physical verification if we think it necessary.

6. After a 1-2 days assessment period, we will either accept or reject your claim. If your claim is accepted we will replace your product at no extra charge. If your claim is rejected you will have to bare the shipping charges to get your product delivered back to you.

 

A replacement product does not restart the original 1 Year Warranty period.

Statemnt reserves the right to reject claims where there is evidence of misuse, intentional damage, unauthorised modification or fraudulent activity.

 

For loss of colour on chains that are included with pendants, we will send a replacement chain for the pendant.
